Idly-Vada:
Idly- Vada is the quintessential South Indian breakfast. A soft steamed dumpling of rice flour and lentils. It’s often had with vada — a deep-fried delicacy made of lentils. The dish goes well with spicy, tangy chutney and Sambar, a thick curry made of lentils and spices.
Masala Dosai:

Biryani:
A special and popular dish, rice cooked together with either lamb or chicken along with onions, tomatoes, aromic spices like clove, cinnamon, bay leaves etc. Too good to resist.
